18th Annual Chapel Trail Community Garage Sale

8:00am - 4:00pm

Registration is now Closed for this years' Garage Sale. 


Please get your permit from the City by Thursday as their office is closed on Friday. See you at the Sale!



The 18th Annual Community "Shop Till You Drop" Garage Sale will be held on Saturday, November 5th & Sunday, November 6th from 8:00am to 4:00pm both days. Over 700 homeowners participated last year. 

Donation trucks will be scheduled for unsold items each day at Rose Price Park and Chapel Trail Elementary from 11:00am until approximately 4:00pm (until truck is filled). Tax donation receipts for "Commit To Be Fit"will be made available.

Master lists are available with participating homes grouped by subdivision. It will be updated as residents register so check back often. There are also maps available of Chapel Trail and its' subdivisions.

This is a huge event so please try to carpool as much as possible and remember not to park on the swales. If they get ruined the HOA will not allow us to hold the sale again next year.

There are 5 access entrances to Chapel Trail:

Sheridan and 196th Ave.
Pines and 186th Ave.
Pines and 196th Ave.
Pines and 202nd Ave.
Pines and 208th Ave.

Gates will be left open for Shoppers!
