PAT DECILLIS

Pat brings over 28 years of real estate experience to the team. Starting her career in Broward County, Pat has helped build our Community. Raising two children, Dean and Dianne, Pat has been active in local schools, sports clubs and community leadership programs. Pat has been a licensed real estate agent since 1980 and a licensed broker since 1988. Pat has consistently been an office leader, winning numerous awards and staying in the top 1% of all realtors in the U.S. She has also achieved the prestigious RE/MAX 100% Club, Platinum Club and Hall of Fame Memberships. Her biggest asset is her strong negotiating skills, which has enabled her to get the highest price and best terms for her clients.

JOAN CHARTRAND

A full-time licensed realtor since 1979, Joan has closed over 1,700 sales throughout her career. She has received many prestigious awards including Miramar’s #1 agent in closed sales for over a 10 year period. Because of Joan’s superior customer service, 75% of her business is from satisfied past clients and referrals.

KARINA MEZA

Originally from Peru, Karina graduated from Barry University with a degree in International Business. Karina has been a realtor for 6 years and also mentors and trains new agents. She always has her clients goals in mind so that she will deliver more than expected.  She is fluent in both English and Spanish.

JOSE AZCARATE

Born and raised in Colombia, Jose has a degree in Marketing and in Agronomy.  Prior to becoming a Realtor, Jose promoted American products around the world. This experience provided him with the ability to communicate effectively in cross cultural business transactions, develop strong relationships, and provide win/win deals.

ANN-MARI DECILLIS

Ann-Mari’s enthusiasm, attention to detail and consideration for her clients makes the transaction a fun and flawless experience. Born in Africa and schooled in the US, Sweden and Finland, she is especially attuned to the needs of our international clients. She graduated from UCF with a degree in advertising and marketing.

SASKIA RAEBEL
Originally from Jamaica, Saskia graduated from FAU with a degree in Business and Art History.  Her passion for graphic design and photography give her a keen eye for detail and keep her on the cutting edge of technology.  Her enthusiasm and adventurous spirit make her a pleasure to work with.
